Graphic Recording Large Events

When capturing multi-day presentations at a large event, boards are used so the attendees can be surrounded with billboard sized reminders of the content presented (or they may have missed!). A gallery area is created so that the boards can be reviewed at convenience.
Format: 8’ x 4’ foam boards, jpegs
Use: Graphic Recordings of Event
Photographer: Ruby Wilson

Virtual Graphic Recording
Virtual Graphic Recording

Virtual meetings are here to stay and graphic recording has adapted. My webcam becomes a canvas as I capture core concepts during a Zoom or Teams meeting. Larger collaborations using a virtual canvas such as Miro or Mural, with groups sometimes in the 100s that can benefit from live visuals.
Formats: Miro, Mural, Webcam, Digital Tablet, Online Whiteboard
Use: In-meeting capture, artifacts, facilitation, voting materials, post-event wrap up and action decks

Process Mural and PDF

A local chapter of a non-profit needed a depiction of how their onboarding process works. Many times this process was dictated over the phone and the company sought a portable reference, so everyone could promote the same process.
Format: Wall Mural, PDF, Online
Use: Education of members

Sketchnotes
Sketchnotes

Sketchnotes are typically drawn in the audience and more time can be taken to create post-event artifacts. A very flexible service whether at live events or online.
Format: Paper, Tablet
Use: Twitter and Social Media during event, Post-event artifacts, thank you cards and collateral
